Hi all, I just wanted to share with you guys what I had for dinner last night..mmm I love bruschetta! It is super easy to make as an appetizer to share or as a light meal on its own :)
All it requires is tomatoes, basil, olive oil and lots and lots of garlic baked on top of crostini. I use an Italian artisan cheese loaf from Terra Breads...so freaking goodddd

What I like about bruschetta is, aside from the fact that it is easy to make, the ingredients are quite healthy. Basil is high in vitamin A and K and can promote blood circulation. Tomatoes, on the other hand, are filled with vitamin C. Bruschetta is definitely good for health conscious food lovers and those looking for a change in their lifestyle!
